A mum-of-two faces saying goodbye to her two young children after being told she has a month to live, after going to her doctor with stomach pains.
Tara Mason, 33, has cancer in her lungs, bowel and liver, and doctors have said they are unable to save her. She is now being cared for in a hospice as she faces saying goodbye to her two children, Tia, 13, and Kacey, 10, the Liverpool Echo reports.
Sister Kellie, 23, said her condition has now deteriorated so much she "can no longer see my sister when I look at her". Kellie said it was hard at first to diagnose Tara's symptoms.
But after six months of back-and-forth to appointments, she was given the news her pain was because she had cancer in her lungs, bowel and liver.
