A Mrs Hinch superfan has divided the Internet after revealing she puts her shopping bags in the washing machine. Tina Knowles revealed to fellow mums and 'Hinchers' on Facebook that she regularly pops her Bags for Life in the washing machine on a quick wash to keep them pristine.

Tina even posted a picture of her bags hanging on the washing line to dry.The cleaning fan told the Hinch Army Cleaning Tips Facebook page: "Shopping bags having a wash & dry quick wash in the machine with a dash of bio and a few drops of tea tree oil instead of softener."Tina's top tip was a revelation for a lot of fans.One said:  I saw on tv that these bags harbour lots of bacteria.
