‘Mr. and Mrs. Smith’ Season 2 Casts ‘Anora’ Star Mark Eydelshteyn
variety.comJoe Otterson TV Reporter Mark Eydelshteyn has been cast in Season 2 of Amazon Prime Video‘s “Mr. and Mrs. Smith,” Variety has learned.
Eydelshteyn is the first confirmed cast member for the new season and will appear in the role of Mr. Smith. Donald Glover and Maya Erskine had starred in Season 1 in the title roles, though Variety reported in May that they were not expected to return for the sophomore outing.
Glover remains onboard as an executive producer and co-creator of the series. “Mr. and Mrs. Smith” is a reimagining of the 2005 film of the same name that starred Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.
