Brighton are interested in Motherwell youngster Dylan Wells.The Seagulls watched the Scottish youth international in action last week.
The English Premier League outfit scouted in Motherwell’s under-18 clash with St Mirren, where he impressed. Motherwell has high hopes for the 18-year-old, who is out-of-contract at Fir Park at the end of the season.
Wells made his first-team debut in the Scottish Cup win over Alloa Athletic, where he came off the bench. Manager Stuart Kettlewell has him training with his first-team and has high hopes for the midfielder.
The Steelmen are set to offer a new deal and if he was to move south then they would be protected for training compensation because he has progressed right through their academy from a young age.
