Brodie Spencer reckons Motherwell deserve a morale-boosting win over Livingston on Saturday, because they’re working hard to break a cycle of 15 games without a win.The 19-year-old Northern Irishman, who is on loan from Huddersfield Town, has never experienced a run like that in his fledgling career, and is grateful for the group of players around him for their help and encouragement.Motherwell host Livingston on Saturday in their final home match of 2023, in what is a must-win game for both sides.But Spencer reckons Motherwell have been putting the hours in and merit a reaction.“Going into the winter break with the three points would be a big turning point for everyone,” he said.“It would put everyone on a high just before the break, which I think we all need, and all the fans and we deserve.“We put in work every single day, and I think it’s only right that we get the three points.“All the lads know how important it is that we go out there, put on a show and try to get the three points that us and all the fans have been waiting for.“Every match is a great opportunity to do this, but I think especially this weekend it’s a big one.“That comes within the group trying to keep a positive mind-set in each game, each day in training, around the place and around each other, and just trying to block out the outside noise, and keep a positive mind-set.“The run has been tough.
