Sondre Solholm says something needs to change and fast at Motherwell if they are to get themselves out of relegation trouble in the Premiership.The big Norwegian was left frustrated as Hibs ran out 3-2 winners on Sunday, and says teams shouldn’t have it easy at Fir Park, but they gain shipped cheap goals as Kevin Nisbet ran up a hat-trick.And he says that makes the visit by Ross County on Saturday extra important, as they try to stretch their three-point lead over the top flight’s bottom club.Solholm, who hit the bar with a header in the second half, said: “It’s not falling for us, and it has been like that for a big part of the season, I feel.“We’ve just got to look at the stuff that we do in our own box, and in and around our own box, to prevent those goals against.“We know we’re a little bit unlucky, and a little bit bad in the opposition box, because we don’t score enough goals and we concede the easiest goals in the world.“We’ve got to do something about that, real quick.”Solholm added: “It’s always a concern when you’re positioned as we are in the table.“We’re not stressed out, but something needs to happen really quickly, in terms of our own performance in our own box.“Our performance, I would say in general, is not the worst.
