A Greater Manchester MP has been slammed after he said most children who struggle in his town are 'products of c**p parents'.
James Daly, Conservative MP for Bury North, made the claim while speaking to the i newspaper about 'working-class conservatism'.
He has been criticised by James Frith, Labour's prospective parliamentary candidate for Bury North, who said it was 'revealing' to see how Mr Daly thinks of his constituents.
James Daly has represented Bury North since the 2019 general election. He currently has a majotity of just 105 in the area, which has swapped between Labour and the Tories since 1997.
