Morrissey’s show in Dallas on Saturday (November 2) was cut short after a number of fans invaded the stage – watch footage below.The former Smiths frontman had just started his encore at the Texas city’s Fair Park with a performance of ‘First Of The Gang To Die’ from 2004’s ‘You Are The Quarry’, when concertgoers started to jump onto the stage.The singer embraced the first few to reach him, but as more crowded him, he was forced to abandon the stage and security officers pulled fans away from him, with one of them appearing to injure his foot in the process.

Was a great show but about 2/3 of the way in, a crowd of #idiots rushed the stage to hug him. A bodyguard was injured and the show instantly ended.
