Morrisons has confirmed that it has been hit by shortages for some food items which has left a number of shoppers frustrated.
Customers heading to stores up and down the country have complained in recent days of empty fresh produce shelves in the run up the the festive seasons.
Morrisons has confirmed that the shortages are a result of a cyber attack that hit a software system the supermarket uses to manage its supply chain last week.
