Morrisons has issued an update regarding a system glitch affecting shoppers. A system glitch on Monday (23 December) caused loyalty prices not to register and some Christmas click-and-collect orders to be delayed or even cancelled.
Shoppers took to social media to complain, saying it left them without the discounts they were expecting or that they could not redeem their £5 vouchers.
Morrisons has previously apologised and said all stores have made the top 100 More Card prices the regular price at checkouts, and now the major retailer has issued an update on X, formerly Twitter.
They said: "Today the Morrisons store experience is back to normal, but all More Card customers will still get 10% off their whole shop in-store throughout the day.
