A total of 30,151,287 people between December 8 and March 27 received their first jabs - around 57% of all UK adults, the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) announced on Sunday.
Meanwhile, 3,527,481 people - accounting for 6 per cent of the adult population - have had their second doses, totalling 33,678,768 jabs administered overall.
The milestone has been reached as the number of infections in the UK continues to fall. There were 3,862 positive cases recorded in the past 24 hours, the lowest daily total since September.
