Montana Brown ‘struggling mentally’ as she asks for help with ‘bald patches’ after birth

Love Island's Montana Brown has given an incredibly honest account of her experience of motherhood in a recent Instagram post.The 28-year-old shared an adorable picture of her cradling newborn son Jude – who she welcomed with fiancé Mark O'Connor in June - and revealed that she'd been "struggling mentally way more than [she] anticipated" for the past two weeks.

Alongside the image, Montana bravely captioned the post: "My anxiety has been at an all time high and I’ve been so emotional which I struggle with.

I know its understandable with juggling so much. Im trying to just have love and patience for myself as I can feel myself just being so negative and finding it hard to get out of it. "Not being able to move, looking after a newborn, being in pain and just not being able to go for a walk and do things that I know make me feel happy and clear my head." The TV star hasn't disclosed exactly what happened to her around the time of the birth, but she did reveal to fans that she has been recovering from mystery leg surgery.

Montana previously shared an image of herself in a hospital bed with her leg in a cast to her 1,200,000 Instagram followers that after undergoing surgery she is in lot of pain.
