Meghan, Duchess of Sussex (born Rachel Meghan Markle; August 4, 1981) is an American member of the British royal family and former actress.

Officers appear to be ducking and diving to avoid the man.He then runs towards two policemen in an attempt to chase them on the road.He returns to the pavement before moving towards another policeman, who stands his ground.Officers can be seen carefully watching the man's movements while a police car with flashing lights on slowly approaches behind him on the pavement.The man then appears to slip or be tripped by the vehicle, and when he rises to his feet again the police car runs.
