Moment pizza delivery driver smashed over head with glass bottle in terrifying ambush

manchestereveningnews.co.ukThis is the shocking moment a pizza delivery driver was hit over the head with a glass bottle and carjacked in Ancoats. Police have released CCTV footage of the attack which took place on Murrary Street on Thursday, January 2, at around 12.30am.
In the clip the attackers can be seen punching and kicking the man. He is then whacked over the head with a glass bottle. The group then took his car keys and can be seen fleeing from the scene in the delivery vehicle.
The 43-year-old man was taken to hospital following the attack. He suffered from cuts to his head and face, which were around two inches in length, as well as bruising to his shoulder.
