The 22-year-old Love Island star from Manchester had the mole removed last year after being alerted to it by her mum who saw it while she was on TV in the Spanish sunshine.
Molly-Mae, who shot to fame on the 2019 series of the ITV2 dating show set in Mallorca, found out in a phone call from a doctor that it was cancerous as she filmed for her YouTube channel.
Showing the scar on her Instagram Stories she told her followers: "This is my scar now from where I had my mole removed. "It has kind of spreaded out a bit as it's healed more.
