Mohamed Diomande to Rangers transfer arrival 'delayed' by Storm Isha as new signing timeline emerges

He was due to make his way to Glasgow Airport on Monday before finalising his move to Ibrox, but the storms which have wreaked havoc upon the nation and transport systems have put paid to that.It is claimed by the Rangers Review that as a result of the storms, Diomande's arrival has been "delayed" and that the storms have "altered" the plan around the 22-year-old.
Fans can breathe a sigh of relief though as it is not an issue that puts this move in any kind of "jeopardy." He will now move in the coming days and link up with Clement's side after a medical.Rangers have already signed striker Fabio Silva on loan from Wolves this month.
