‘Moana 2’ Is Now Streaming: How to Watch the Animated Sequel at Home
variety.comMoana 2” became a huge box office performer taking in more than $1 billion at the worldwide box office. And in case you missed it in theaters, the film is now streamable at home.
The sequel arrives on premium video on-demand on Tuesday, Jan. 28. It’s available to rent for $24.99, or purchase for $29.99 on Prime Video, Apple TV and other video-on-demand platforms.
In addition, the Walt Disney Company has yet to announce the release date for “Moana 2” on DVD, Blu-ray or any other physical media format.
However, it’s likely the sequel would get a physical media release sometime in late March or early April. As for the film itself, Variety’s film critic Owen Gleiberman says “Moana 2,” “has vibrant monsters and a flow of movement that keeps your eyeballs dancing,” in his review.
