A teenage boy has gone missing from the Scottish Borders, sparking a frantic police search. Finn Thomson was last seen in Selkirk around 4pm today, but has not been seen or heard from since.
Officers believe the 15-year-old may have travelled to the Edinburgh area.The youngster is described as 5ft 8 in height, of slim build with short dark brown hair and a fringe.He is believed to have been wearing blue jeans, a black hooded puffer jacket and a white and blue striped T-shirt when he vanished.Police Scotland are now appealing for the public's help as part of their ongoing efforts to trace Finn.Anyone with any information on his whereabouts is being urged to call 101 quoting incident reference number 3147 of Monday 1st August 2022.
