Police say they are "increasingly concerned" for the welfare of a missing Scots man who drove off in his car in the early hours of New Year's Day.Gareth Donald, from Dundee, hasn't been seen since 1am this morning (Sunday) when he left his home address in his silver VW Golf FT11 YTV.The 45-year-old is described as 5ft8 in height, slim build and short brown hair.
When he was last seen, he wore dark jeans and a black jacket.Police in Tayside said: "We are appealing for the public’s help as part of our efforts to trace a 45-year-old man reported missing from Dundee."Gareth [Donald] was reported missing from his home address at 0100hrs Sunday 1st January and had left in his Silver VW Golf FT11 UTV."We are increasingly concerned for his welfare; if you have any information on his whereabouts or any sightings of his vehicle, please contact Police on 101, quoting incident 1181 of 1st January 2023."
