Friends and colleagues who tried to reach out to the 30-year-old have been unable to track him down. He was reported missing on November 2.Allan is known to frequent the Paisley Road area of Glasgow.He has been homeless in the past.He was due to attend and appointment on October 27 but failed to do to.Police are concerned for Allan's welfare and are appealing for information.Constable Brown said: "After speaking to neighbours, we know that Allan has not been home to Bo'ness for a few weeks now. "He has been known to frequent the Paisley Road area of Glasgow and we believe he has been there.
