Missguided shoppers 'fuming' as they are left waiting for returns and refunds

Missguided shoppers have been left fuming after the company's returns and refunds section of the website currently shows an 'under maintenance' message - with many claiming they've not received their refunds.

The troubled UK retailer, founded in 2009, was bought out of administration at the last minute by Mike Ashley's Fraser Group, which also owns Sports Direct and House of Fraser, in a multi-million pound deal.

It came after the online fashion brand initially collapsed at the start of last week following accusations that they owed their suppliers millions of pounds.

Following their collapse and subsequent deal with the Frasers Group, Missguided did reassure customers that nothing would change and that orders would be honoured - but it looks like customers are still being left in the dark.Despite going into administration, the company was still operating as normal and still accepting orders from Tuesday, May 31, and their online refunds portal was still open from Wednesday, 1 June.However, the company have now suspended their website, app and comments from social media, with some shoppers claiming they are unable to log into their account or even get in contact with the customer care team.When we checked earlier this morning, Missguided's refund section of the website has a notice which reads: "Our maintenance pixies are currently working their magic on the site."We'll be back with you soon, in the meantime check out our blog or get help on an existing order through our customer care team..."The link for the company's Customer Care team also does not seem to be working and leads shoppers to an error page with no further information.Naturally, multiple shoppers have flocked to twitter to fume about their missing
