Miranda Lambert‘s police officer husband has decided to turn in his badge after he took a leave of absence from the force, People is reporting. “His current duty status is retired,” an NYPD DCPI spokesperson shared in a statement about Brendan‘s duty.
Since taking a leave of absence from the NYPD, Brendan joined Miranda on her Roadside Bars & Pink Guitars tour.
He’s also been spotted helping security during her Wildcard tour meet and greets. Miranda has opened up recently about just how she first met Brendan.
