Jennifer Walsh was getting ready for a night out with friends when she fell from a hotel balcony in Dubrovnik and 'nearly died.' The 23-year-old toppled over the wall of the balcony when her foot got stuck while putting on her shoe.
She fell around 40ft to the ground, suffering a bleed on the brain, two separate skull fractures, a broken collar bone, a fractured wrist and broken ribs which punctured her left lung.
The next thing Jennifer remembers is waking up in hospital having been put in a coma after the fall last October. She told the Daily Record : “I was in an apartment getting ready with friends we had met on a boat trip earlier that day.
