A senior Government minister has promised to meet with the campaigning mother of a murdered Manchester teenager. Two teens and a 20-year-old, all from Hulme, chased down Rhamero West, 16, like a 'pack of wolves' before he was knifed to death on a street in Old Trafford in broad daylight in September, 2021, his mum Kelly Brown said after they were locked up.
Rhamero - a nephew of ex-Manchester City and England footballer Shaun Wright-Phillips - had been on his first day at college earlier.
CCTV footage released later showed the terrifying moments before his murder. Rhamero was with friends when he was spotted by Marquis Richards, then 17.
