Aathil Chaturvedi & Justin Soul penned the script. Kaling will produce along with Jay Brown and Ty Ty Smith. Shawn Wong, Director, Animation Development, is overseeing the project for Paramount Animation.
The animated movie takes us to a world with a wish fulfillment message that is comedic and heartfelt.Chaturvedi & Soul are repped by UTA and Granderson Des Rochers.
Since breaking out at age 24 as one of the eight-person writing staff for the hit NBC sitcom The Office, Kaling has become one of the top writer-producers in the industry.
