On her Instagram platform, which boasts 1.4 million followers, the 33-year-old former Made In Chelsea star speaks about relatable subjects such as body image, mental health and the struggles of motherhood.
It’s an openness that benefits not just her followers, but helps Millie, too, she says. “When I’m finding something difficult and share it on social media, I’ve found I’ve had a lovely response,” reveals Millie, who is mum to daughters Sienna, two, and 11-month-old Aurelia. “And it can help you realise you’re not alone in what you’re going through,” she explains. “Sharing these experiences helps other people.
