Time to move on. Millie Bobby Brown says she’s looking forward to the end of Stranger Things. In an interview with Glamour, Brown says she’s ready to say goodbye to the show and her breakout role as Eleven that launched her into stardom.
She compares the upcoming end of the show to graduating from high school. “When you’re ready, you’re like, ‘All right, let’s do this.
Let’s tackle this last senior year. Let’s get out of here,’” Brown, who was says. “Stranger Things takes up a lot of time to film and it’s preventing me from creating stories that I’m passionate about.
So I’m ready to say, ‘Thank you, and goodbye.’” Brown told the publication she’s ready for her next chapter, saying the show has given her “the tools and the resources to be a better actor.” But she is not mourning its end. “No one is dying, she said. “When it ends, I’m going to be able to still see these people.” Brown received critical praise for her performance in Stranger Things.
