Miley Cyrus has announced her “bold” and “visual” new album ‘Something Beautiful’ and revealed the record’s artwork.The singer’s ninth studio album will be released on May 30 via Columbia Records, and it will be comprised of 13 original tracks.
Cyrus serves as executive producer on the record, alongside Shawn Everett (Kacey Musgraves, Alabama Shakes).In an Instagram post on Monday (March 24), Cyrus unveiled the artwork for the record, which sees her draped in 1997 Thierry Mugler couture, photographed by Glen Luchford in “a striking nod to the album’s bold aesthetic and visual storytelling”.The album is available to pre-order now in multiple exclusive formats, including signed vinyl and CDs, limited edition vinyl and two special box sets.
