Miley Cyrus is getting court-ordered protection from an alleged stalker. The 30-year-old singer filed for a temporary restraining order against a 52-year-old man named Alexander Kardalian this week.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the man showed up at her home a few days after being released from San Quentin State Prison. Keep reading to find out more… Per the documents, Alexander has sent Miley a whole lot of letters dating back to 2018, and he’s also made inappropriate sexual comments about her and requested money.
In 2022, he showed up to her Los Angeles home twice, and he showed up again in August 2023 after getting out of prison. Miley says he has a “dangerous fixation and/or obsession” with her that seems to stem from “severe mental health challenges.” She stated in the documents that she was concerned for the safety of her mother, Tish Cyrus, and her boyfriend, Maxx Morando.
Now, there is a temporary restraining order against Alexander, and he cannot contact Miley or attend any of her public events.
