As the show neared its end, Miley worked hard to get away from her clean-cut image, and debuted a huge change - both physically and musically - with her 2010 single and album Can't Be Tamed.
And she says that she made a big statement in 2010 when she performed in London in a rather skimpy dress. Miley, who starred alongside her dad Billy Ray Cyrus on the show, stepped out at London's G-A-Y nightclub in a tiny black mini dress with cutout detailing on the sides and thighs.
