The longtime couple and parents of two enjoyed a bit of time to themselves, holding hands while taking a walk around their neighborhood after a spa day together in Beverly Hills. Ashton and Mila cozied up in warm sweaters to tackle the cooler weather as the seasons changed.
Late last month, Mila revealed that Ashton had to go to the hospital not just once, but twice, while he was filming 2013′s Jobs.
