Mikel Arteta has revealed he has spoken to Arsene Wenger on more than one occasion since becoming Arsenal manager. Arteta took over the reigns at the Emirates in December after a successful stint as Pep Guardiola’s assistant at Manchester City.
But it was Wenger who gave him plenty of insight into the world of management during his latter years as a player at Arsenal and convinced him to go into coaching.
