according to TMZ — before finding her unconscious and unresponsive around 8 a.m. Wednesday at her luxury apartment in Manhattan’s Central Park South neighborhood, as first reported by The Post.Despite health concerns after a liver transplant within the last year, the actress had maintained an active life, and went out with her friends to Sartiano’s Italian restaurant in Soho last Thursday, TMZ reported.Michelle’s body may have rejected the vital organ after the transplant, according to sources, who said she died of natural causes.
