peoplemagazine.co.zaMichelle Monaghan has been vigilant about protecting herself from the sun ever since she was diagnosed with skin cancer in her 30s.The Mission: Impossible – Fallout actress discovered a suspicious mole on her leg when she was in her thirties and after it was removed, experts discovered it was a melanoma, one of the most dangerous forms of skin cancer.
As a skin cancer survivor, the 44-year-old is much more committed to using products with a high SPF. “I grew up on a farm in the middle of the country and I didn’t wear a lot of sunscreen – I just ran wild and had a lot of fun,” Michelle explained to Shape magazine. “Now, every morning, I shower, apply deodorant, brush my teeth, and then put on sunscreen no matter what.”Michelle is a big fan.
