Michelle Heaton has completely turned her life around, following a harrowing battle with alcohol addiction that nearly claimed her life in 2020.

Now, almost four years sober, the mum-of-two is all about healthy living - she's regularly hitting the gym, often alongside hubby Hugh, and she's mindful of her diet.
