Monty Python comic Michael Palin, 80, has shared his deep sadness after the loss of his wife Helen Gibbons just a few weeks after they marked their 57th wedding anniversary in May last year.
Helen was Michael's first love and he once affectionally called her "the bedrock of his life". Now, almost a year later, the famous traveller and Monty Python star says he still finds it hard to believe she's gone.
He says his life feels "unreal" without her and despite having many close friends around him, the loss of his wife has left a huge hole in his life. "It's not easy.
