Diet expert Dr Michael Mosley has revealed his top breakfast option that helps keeping him full without the need for mid-morning snacks.The nutritionist, known for his 5:2 and Fast 800 eating plans, explained that he changed up his breakfast habits after discovering his out choices were causing his glucose levels to spike.
The doctor detailed his breakfast routine on his BBC Sounds Podcast "Just One Thing" alongside his guest Tim Spector, urging listeners to think about their breakfast food if looking to lose weight.

Moseley revealed his go-to breakfast is now an omelette as he highlighted the importance of keeping glucose at a healthy level when trying to stay a healthy weight.Explaining his previous breakfast choices before comparing his new picks, Dr Michael Mosley said: "I was eating a lot of sugary, carby stuff for breakfast.
I slapped on one of those [glucose] meters and it went crazy. "So these days I eat omelettes with veg in."The way I judge it now 'do I get crazy hungry at 11 o'clock?'.
