Michael Azzolino Named Drama VP, Overall Deals Head Nne Ebong Also Promoted At Netflix

deadline.comEXCLUSIVE: Netflix has elevated two VP-level development executives, Michael Azzolino and Nne Ebong, with new or expanded responsibilities.
European-based Netflix Azzolino is moving back to the US to become VP, Scripted Drama Series Development. Starting his new job in July, Azzolino will report to Jinny Howe, Netflix’s VP of Drama Series.
He will take on the responsibilities previously held by Howe before she was promoted a year ago to oversee the entire drama portfolio at the streamer.
The high-profile job had been open for almost a year, with a number of executives outside of Netflix considered. Ebong, who has been leading the Netflix studio team as VP, Overall Deals, is being upped to VP, Studio Scripted Series.
