Sophie, 30, struggled to hold in her emotions as she tearfully revealed to Jamie, 35, that she has legally changed her name and is officially now Mrs Sophie Laing.
She shared the surprise on an episode of their joint podcast, Newlyweds, and penned a heartfelt poem about her husband to break the news. "It's been one wonderful year since I became your wife, saying I do to you was the best decision of my life.
We've laughed more and fought less since we wed, we've got weirder often pretending to play dead," she began. Sophie continued: "You play games and tricks on me endlessly my god, and the way we meow to each other is a little odd.
