Spy chiefs are keeping tabs on the world's biggest polluters to make sure they are keeping their green promises, the head of M16 has said.
The agency, famously depicted in the James Bond films, is branching out to keep an eye on whether large industrial countries are keeping their climate change commitments.
Richard Moore, who took on the top job in October, warned that the battle against climate change was the "foremost international foreign policy agenda item for this country and for the planet".
