Temperatures across the north west of England could reach up to 21C this week, according to the Met Office. After a chilly and damp start to the week, parts of the UK could see some unseasonably warm weather over the next couple of days.

Temperatures are set to hit a maximum of 20C across the region, which is "quite warm for the time of year", forecasters say.
