Met Office latest for Greater Manchester as sunshine hits and clocks go back

Greater Manchester is set for a pleasant weekend as October draws to a close. The region has seen plenty of sunshine and mild weather in recent days.

And while November is just around the corner, that pattern is set to continue, according to the Met Office. A bright morning will be followed by sunny intervals throughout the afternoon today (October 26).

Temperatures could reach highs of 16C in areas including Manchester, while other parts of the region will see figures hit 13C to 15C.
