A fresh weather warning has been issued as Lanarkshire prepares to be battered by Storm Agnes. Winds of up to 75mph are set to hammer parts of the country and heavy rain is predicted to bring flooding chaos.The Met Office has brought forward a yellow weather warning for rain in more than a dozen council areas to 3pm on Wednesday, September 27 until midnight.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
