The 2021 Met Gala is happening this year, according to a new report! The annual fashionable celebration, which was cancelled last year amid the pandemic, will be returning as usual this year, Page Six reported Thursday (April 8).
However, it will be happening later than usual. Unlike most years, when the event takes place on the first Monday of May, this year’s event will allegedly be pushed back to September 13 to try and time with a return to relative “normalcy” following the deployment of the COVID-19 vaccine.
