Meghan Trainor suffered "a little PTSD" after giving birth. The 27-year-old pop star gave birth to her four-month-old son Riley via a C-section but Meghan admitted she initially struggled to recover from the birth, which led to her son spending five days in intensive care after he experienced breathing issues.
Meghan - who married her husband, Daryl Sabara, in 2018 - shared: "The first week after I came home, I definitely felt like I had a little PTSD - because you finally have the pain of the C-section.
And then I would tell my husband, like, 'I still feel them inside me digging around. '" However, the singer insists that the trauma of the birth is now fully behind her.
