Meghan Markle has opened up in her first interview since quitting royal life, covering her new life in Montecito, her two children with Prince Harry and her time as a working royal.
In the interview, Meghan spoke on her time in the Royal Family, hitting back at the institution on not being allowed to publish from her own social media accounts during her time in The Firm.
She opened up to The Cut: "There’s literally a structure by which if you want to release photos of your child, as a member of the family, you first have to give them to the Royal Rota." She added: “Why would I give the very people that are calling my children the N-word a photo of my child before I can share it with the people that love my child?
You tell me how that makes sense and then I’ll play that game.” She is also featured going on the school run to pick up Archie, remarking how she could never be able to do so in the UK without a huge amount of press attention.
