It is from NuCalm, and reportedly costs £1,000 per year. Meghan, who shares two children, Archie, four, and Lilibet, two, with her husband, Prince Harry, 38, looked chic on her outing in California.
Despite it being summer, Meghan donned a camel-coloured coat with white jeans and a pair of flat pumps. She also wore a blue and cream silk scarf which, coincidentally, appeared to coordinate perfectly with the blue patch that she wore on her wrist. The patch, which costs $80 for a pack of 20, is said to boost gaba neurotransmitters, reduce stress hormones and it's also said to improve sleep.
A source told the Mirror: "They are becoming very popular in the US. Wearers say they can help people battle a range of ailments, including stress, insomnia and pain." It's unclear why Meghan might have to wear the patch, however, she and Prince Harry have suffered numerous setbacks in the past year, amid their bid to conquer America.
