Meghan Markle has been a very busy bee as of late, preparing for the launch of her latest Netflix project. The Duchess of Sussex has partnered with the streaming giant once again to produce a new highly anticipated cooking show, which will "celebrate the joys of cooking, gardening, entertaining, and friendship." When the news of the show first made headlines, many Meghan fans hoped that they'd finally get a glimpse of her Montecito mansion, which she shares with her husband Prince Harry and their two children, Prince Archie, four, and Princess Lilibet, two.
However, hopes of a nosey into the home of the Duke and Duchess were soon dashed, after it was revealed the project would be filmed somewhere else.
At first, it was claimed by the Mail that Meghan and the production team had landed on two locations - a different mansion in Montecito belonging to philanthropists Tom and Sherrie Cipolla, and a cannabis farm situated in the nearby seaside city of Carpinteria owned by the Van Wingerden family. The latter of which is reportedly the largest cannabis farm in the state.
It seems Meghan has now shut down these rumours though, after a source close to the Duchess spoke to the Mirror about the misunderstanding. They said: "The filming location is not shot on a farm, but at a residence, and I can confirm that there are no cannabis plants anywhere near the filming location." Earlier this year, it was confirmed that the former Suits actor would be rebranding, and was getting ready to launch her own lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard. Then last month, Meghan made her first posts to the official Instagram account, which has already garnered a cool 617K followers.
