Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been living by their own rules since they stepped down from Royal duties in 2020 and relocated to the US.

However, if Meghan was still a part of the Royal Family, she might have found herself in a bit of a pickle with the launch of her new luxury lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard. This is because she's using the Sussex name to promote her new venture.

The Duchess unveiled her new lifestyle brand in March and has already amassed a large following on Instagram. Although the brand hasn't started selling products yet, it plans to offer a wide range of items including household goods, cookware, pet products, gardening tools, beverages, food and condiments.

Meghan's launch of American Riviera Orchard could potentially put her in hot water as Royal Family members are not allowed to advertise or associate themselves with brand partnerships and endorsements.
