The Duchess of Sussex, 41, wore the subtle gold necklace when she visited Robert Clack Upper School in Dagenham in March 2020, as part of her last Royal engagements.
Mum-of-two Meghan, who visited the school in London to give a speech on International Women's Day, wore an understated necklace from ethical jewellery brand Edge of Ember.
The luxury London-based jewellery brand was founded by Lynette Ong in 2014 and focuses on the planet and community. The Duchess wore the 'Kismet Charm Necklace' which retails for £125 and is 18-karat gold plated.
